Schwartz possesses extensive marketing expertise in the methodologies and technological advancements that impact and facilitate non-cash transactions in today's business climate.</div> <bR> <div> Mr. Schwartz co-founded a regional processor, NationalCard Processing Systems in 1989.  Through entrepreneurial innovation, industry acumen and dedication, Mr. Schwartz grew NationalCard to a “brand identifiable” national company.</div> <bR> <div> Building on the foundation and structure that enabled NationalCard to achieve its market prominence, Mr. Schwartz recognized a similar need rapidly developing within the healthcare industry.  The industry, faced with a mandated need for real time financial adjudication, technical challenges and escalating operating costs offered an opportunity for a credit and debit card processing company that is focused exclusively on healthcare and its unique requirements.  In 2002, Mr. Schwartz created a dynamic new company to service this niche market.</div> <bR> <div> Co-founding HealthCard Systems in 2002, Mr. Schwartz's unique vision was quickly turned into reality.
