Richard J. Spigai is an industry innovator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the retail and credit card industries. In addition to a keen understanding of the industry he has served for 35 years, Mr. Spigai possesses unique entrepreneurial vision; insight and commitment that has enabled him to consistently identify intrinsic industry needs, and capitalize on them by developing unique and profitable solutions. This ability has brought about the conception, development and expansion of three national companies within the last 15 years.

Most recently, Dick co-founded HealthCard Systems, a national credit/debit card processing company dedicated to the needs of the healthcare industry by recognizing that doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals have unique requirements and concerns that greatly impact both their practice and their ongoing patient relationships.

Since HealthCard's inception in 2002, the company has signed long term processing agreements with the New Jersey Dental Association, the Day Spa Association, major hospitals and medical centers as well as a wide variety of individual doctors and dentists throughout the country.

Additionally, Mr. Spigai co-founded Retail Resources, a leading customer relationship management and database marketing company that provided leading national retailers and organizations with innovative marketing programs and customized loyalty/frequency programs. In 1999, Retail Resources was acquired by Chicago-based credit information giant Trans Union.

Before the establishment of Retail Resources, Dick co-founded NationalCard Processing Systems, in 1989. The company experienced over 300% gross revenue increase in the first five years of operation. NationalCard quickly grew to be one of the largest non-bank credit card processors in the nation, with national clients that included national retailers, regional financial institutions and various government agencies.

Prior to NationalCard, Dick served as Senior Vice President of Fundsnet, Inc., a publicly traded electronic funds transfer (EFT) company.

Mr. Spigai also served as an executive with NaBanco, a national credit card processor and Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank's credit card division.
