Rafael “Ralph” J. Garcia is a seasoned Senior Vice President with 27 years in the Specialized Indirect Lending Industry. Rafael has established strong relationships in this space and is well know in the marketplace.

Rafael will spearhead NationalCard's focus on the emerging Agent Bank Community Banking Division. He will augment executive management across a variety of sectors.

Most recently Rafael was the Senior Vice President Market Executive at North Fork Bank's NFB Funding, Inc. He started the division on 1998, growing the department into New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia becoming an icon in the industry. This was one of North Fork's divisions, which consistently grew high double-digit loan production with minimal risk and delinquency.

Prior to this Rafael served as Business Development Officer-Assistant Vice President at the Trust Company of New Jersey. His focus was on the development, marketing and management of the Indirect Lending Department. During his tenure the department grew to become a New Jersey leader in the marketplace.

Earlier in his career, Rafael served as Assistant Vice President Marketing Officer at Chemical Bank. Rafael also spent time with First Fidelity Bank as a Senior Loan Officer. He started his career at General Motors Acceptance Corporation as a management trainee and toured a variety of departments.
