Scheduled for completion in January 2008, HealthCard’s move to a new, larger location within their current Sherbrooke Office Center complex marks an important step in meeting the growing needs of an organization that continues to experience rapid growth and attain meaningful market share.

The new facility will house HealthCard Systems, as well as NationalCard Processing Systems, a sister processing company that focuses on Agent Bank relationships. Together, the companies maintain a wide range of association endorsements, an expansive agent bank network and a significant national merchant/client portfolio.

In 2001, the company principals reentered the industry after NationalCard was acquired in 1994 by First USA Bank in Dallas, Texas, now known as Chase/Paymentech. The NationalCard name was legally re-acquired and once again associated with its original founders.
